Hi guys,

anyone with positive results after four hour body slow carb diet who can tell us is it worth to follow this diet?

Does that mean that I need to eat only slow carb meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner?

Can I eat any dessert or snack or not?

Is it even possible to obtain the body we want in just four hours?

I don't know should I start with this diet. I love protein shakes.

Is there any list of slow carb groceries that I can eat?

Hi guys,

I have been following this slow carb diet a few months ago. I have lost 30 lb. This is the easier way to lose weight than any other I have tried before.

My friends told me that this diet is not that good, but I think that they just can't take a few weeks without any results, before they actually start to lose their weight. I also was one of them.

This diet really can helps you transform your body. I have only positive experience with it. It is very interesting.

Hello there,

women do lose weight on the slow carb diet. A woman can lose fat on slow carb diet as well. Of course, it just might not happen as fast as you expect, but you have to believe. Slow carb meals are just great and delicious.

My husband and I started this diet after reading the book last year. We started the diet on March 6th and both of us had great results back then. As you see, everything is possible.

After this diet I felt really great.
