Yes, of course. I will list some below -
- Warm compress - soak a towel in a bowl of hot water, squeeze water and then apply hot towel on breast.
- Gently massage your breasts, very lightly of course
- Hand express breast milk
- If you are comfortable with a breast pump use breast pump to express/drain breast
- Feed baby more on the same side.
Hope these tips are helpful. However if it is really very painful and swollen ask a doctor to prescribe a low dose medication till problem resolves. Love and light
