Unless it's a hot day, I don't begin sweating until after about a mile. This is for about a 7 minute pace, which I guess is normal for my runs. What's normal? When do you begin sweating?
In cold dry weather, I usually feel it at around mile 2 or 3
I think it is between miles 1 and 2.

I know as soon as I feel the sweat on my elbow I've gone about a mile. Its funny how that particular spot sweats before any other.
