Well I'm not sure but I'm guessing 11 or 12 because that's when most people hit puberty but I realized a lot of pubic hair began to start probably a month or 2 ago but my pennis is still small I weigh on average about 120 pounds
Also when my peenis erects its actually no 1 half or 2 I just checked it is 2 and a half or 3 when it erects

You should not say that to anyone, this boy still had a few years to get a normal sized penis, he maybe as I said earlier, 'a late bloomer' as they say.
Very unlikely, puberty goes through many different stages some you see some you don't and everyone is different in what stages they go through and when they go through them.
