9 inches really sounds like someone is boasting or they don't know how to measure right, someone with a penis that size would struggle to get fully hard during an erection.

No way need you worry about your penis at 13 being 7.2", you'll be the envy of your classmates, however, I would worry if I had a penis at.1 centimetres long, again that should be inches, even having one only that big is a bit worrying, they call that a 'micro penis'

Stop worrying you guys that are 13 an posting about your penis size, there is no correct size because everyone goes through puberty at different stages anything from 2.5 to 5 inches can be normal and anything above the average adult size of 5.1 to 5.5 inches a bonus. For the guys that still have a smallish penis at 15/16 don't worry as it can still grow up until your early 20s.
No need to worry, no boy should worry about the size of their penis, 4.7" and 13 is OK, I suspect it will bet to the normal 5.5" by the time you are 15, do not worry.
