I am 13 and 5'5 and I'm pretty skinny. Except my thighs. They are not like huge or anything just a little big and stuff. Anyways, I think I'm like totally under weight for my height and age. I weigh 96 lbs. Is that good or bad?! Like I'm not sure if it's good to not weigh that much because I'm not fat but it could also mean I'm under weight. I just want to be a healthy teen anger so I can be a healthy adult because I don't want to suddenly be fat when I'm and adult and not be able to loose it. Any help?

I am 13 years old. I am 5'4" (exactly) and weigh 137. Is that overweight? I have a lot of muscle, but would not say I'm that toned- I have been very preoccupied over the winter and have had little time to exercise. Doy ou have any good (quick) exercises to keep me fit? I eat very healthy, but have a sweet tooth and a soft spot for candy. Help?

I'm 13 and a competitive gymnast and one of the fastest girls in the school and fairly active ,my coach says it's mostly muscle but I'm not sure , I'm 5'5 and about 160 lbs is that normal?

Hi, I'm 13 and I was looking for what the average weight I should be is. I'm 5'5 and weigh 100lbs, I'm not really active and binge watch stuff on telly a lot, but I think I'm underweight and would love to know if I am.

I'm 13 years old, 5'5" and 141 pounds. I'm really active. I play softball in the fall, winter, and spring. I play volleyball, swim team, dive team, and fierld hockey. Is this normal?

That's normal. It just mean you have lots of muscle which ways more than fat.

Can you flex your legs and thighs? If so then yeah you're fine. If you can't I'd say you're overweight. As long as you're happy with yourself you're fine.
