I'm 13 and a half, 4'10, and I'm 87.5 lbs... I am on a vigorous swim team, but I have a lot of belly fat, or so it looks from my perspective... Is that ok? Am I under weight? Overweight?

1) please dont starve yourself. you wont play any better with no food in your body.
2) you arent fat at all. it doesnt mayter what a scale says. please eat and take care of yourseld

Hi Im 13 and 5'4" and i weigh 125 lbs i think I'm really fat but all my friends say I'm just pure muscle. I am a full time gymnast and i go to the gym 35 hours a week. Am i too fat?

Of course you’re not fat! The healthy weight for a heathy 13 year old girl about your hight is anywhere from 87lbs to 120lbs. I, however, am a bit fat. My upper legs rub together when I walk/run, and my weight is 146.3
