i am really trying for a baby, been married for one year and cant stand the fact that i am not yet pregnant ,this month my breast started hurting about 10 days before and a day after my missed period ,my back ache too and as well i have been aving some alternating dull pains on my left and right sides, please can anyon tell me if i am pregnant or not?, are they symptoms because i have not felt like this before.
