Unfortunatly God forgives all. Even the ones that do not deserve to be forgiven. This Man, this Doctor, who promises to help and then cheats the insurance companies and as you said uses your medications as a threat to release you is no better than a pimp or a drug dealer.
I too have been a victim of Daniel R. Theesfeld, He is nothing more that a sexist jerk who found okay to grasp my breast and sloober down my neck...I want to strongly push this fact because everything I am about to put in this letter is honest to God truth!
I had went in to see my Dr. Theesfeld after a few years of chronic back pain, to which he done nothing to figure out what was wrong with me. No X-rays, no mris, and no nerve testing. I had come into his office for a regular visit where I had noticed the day before that I had some bruises on my back in the same spots that I hurt regulary. I had shown Dr. Thessfeld the brusies lifting my shirt up on just above the naval. and when he started to examine them he gently rubbed them and then sd to me and I quote "This doesnt look like it is internal, it look more like some one (has he grabbed me harshly and kinda nudged me forward) maybe pushed you against a wall, or floor." He then took his hands and slowly made his way up my stomach and to my breast where he grasped them tightly. He then continued to kiss my neck where he left so much slobber that I had to take a napkin and wipe it clean. He followed out of the room where I made my way to the bathroom to get my urine test to get my last and final script from him, and him tailing my telling me how sorry he was.
That is my story, as soon as I left I called my husband who was driving my kids around while I was in my appointment and told him to come pick me up right now, my husband at that point knew something was wrong! When I told him he proceeded to go confront Dr. Theesfeld and I stopped him. we went straight to the Longview Police Department to make a statement and the DA wuickly picked up on it. But when all was said and done he got off with not even a slap on the wrist because the day of the trial both my son 3 and daughter under the age of 1 at the time had a case of the flu. They decided that if Dr. Theesfeld wote a letter stating that his office was against the policy of sexual harrasment that the judge would drop the case. I am know in the process of contact longview, and fort worth texas newpapapers to decribe this injust that goverment has given me and my family.
I stronglg urge anyone with additonal infprmation to contact me at , because I do plan on filing a civil suit now and I could use all the help I can get to put this bastard either in jail or out of business. Please don't be scared to come forward he wont be able to hurt you again once we all get together a nd stop this. My last case was dropped becasue of lack of evidence, pleaase come forward all the vicitims of Dr. Theesfeld need to ban together and get this monster out of practice before he takes it to the nect level. He is just a step away from rape, and then who know what he will go to next if he hasnt already!!!!!!

I am going to tell you the same thing I told the last patient that sd good things about Dr. Theesfeld. You think he is alright until he sexual molest you too! Or folows you home to get whatever he can with younger girls you might have in your family! I sexually assulted me and just cause he did penetrate me does not mean he is not a molester! Take caution with him record ever appt. you have with him because one day you will have something ti turn him in for!

You are ignorant to believe that not just one but several people that were employed by Doctor Theesfeld has come forward with these issues! I have seen first hand and I know a couple personally that have the exact thing to say. He is a abuser of the Medical License and a molester! He needs to be stopped and I will go to great lengths to stop him and get him one or the other: Out of the medical field, and or in jail!
So tell me this, is sexaul harrasment and molestion considered medical treatment. because all it did for my was give me nightmares, almost ruined my marriage, and more pain! It's not slander when it is true...plus havent you ever heard of FREEDOM OF SPEECH! Look the def. up it might become helpful to you, and I promise you would be doing the same thing if this happend to you and the law enforcement cant do anything to protect your rights. so think twice about what you say before you too have the same issue and make yourself a hip.
