its me GooberBean again. Dr. Sam Fino in Kilgore is who I went to. Still wrote great scripts for u pain pill junkies that really do have medical problems. Although he does it in a much more legal and ethical manner. As for all you idiots that say the only reason people are writing bad stuff on him because they couldn't get scripts out of him. I dont even take pain pills anymore. Been clean off of them for a while. I still say he is a douche bag that sexually melosted me in his office and got away with it because both of my kids had the flu the day of court. they threw it out because I couldn't show to court even though I called. At the time it happened I should have let my husband at the time deal with it the way he wanted to. With a 40 glock. Lost a lot of faith since him and other things that runs up there with idiots like him. Not to sure why he hasn't been thrown in jail yet.

You're correct about what a bad pain management doctor he is. He's no longer in Nacogdoches, but does have a couple of other clinics elsewhere. Probably he's a few steps ahead of the DEA for mis-prescribing drugs. Another bad doctor is Sam Fino, who had an office in Kilgore and in Dallas. Don't know if he still has those offices open, but all he does is sign the scripts, which have already been written out by a staff member and put in your chart.

I've been seeing Dr. Theesfeld for over a half of a year.He has been honest, caring and judicious. He is scheduled to burn a nerve out on the left side my neck tomorrow 5/23/14 @ 9:00a.m. .I trust him with my life because the facet joint procedure in the morning has the potential to change my for the positive and or negative. Bottom line is I trust him personally, I may havesome doubts concerning some staff members but he has done nothing to warrant negativity. That's just my opinion but it's based on our relationship thus far.

I think I know who you are.
I don't know when this post was uploaded, it may have been some time ago & this may or may not help.

I will admit you were the only person in quackfeld's clinic that was pleasurable to deal with & I assume you were qualified to perform your job duties legally unlike many others I've witnessed while I was a mistreated patient by this so-called physician.

Matter of fact, many times I told you that it was a pleasure to deal with you. Unfortunately that pleasure ended at that second doorway as I exited the waiting area.

You and many others know without any doubts this clinic, this physician, allows unqualified personnel to perform tasks they shouldn't.
I have recorded documentation of this & if I want to press this issue I can & will.
I'm starting to get the opinion it is my obligation to do so.

If quackfeld is still blackballing you with bad references I'll be more than glad to press this issue to the appropriate authorities as I believe he is a hazard to the healthcare profession.

I'll do this simply on the grounds because of the screw-up these people have made on someone else's behalf, blaming you falsely.

I would like to know, can they prove any of the accusations they've made against you?

I can find out where these post's originated from with the training I have now.

On another note:
I notice Theesfeld was under a DEA case review, AGAIN!
Wonder why?

I've been seeing Dr. Theesfeld for the last six months or so.  I think I can offer a fairly non-personal review that might be helpful to others who plan to see him.  He is an expert in his field, pain management and that includes medications and procedures.  He has helped my pain immensely and with the most minimum amount of pain killers so he isn't a pill pusher.  I had a series of injections that were expertly done and helped immensely.

Dr. T is a complex person and while I can see where many would find great difficulty communicating with him, in fact most, underneath he actually is an empathetic, ethical man.  The problem is that on surface he is abrasive and rude and very defensive.  If you can help him find a way to respect you, he will treat you like gold and that's not for the money, it's the real part of him.  But as everyone noted, he holds a special place of disrespect, ironically, for the poor among whom many are qualified as disabled.

He likes to talk politics, and he feels he is carrying an important message and that is why he wants to share it with all his patients.  Unfortunately he is mostly wanting patients to vote to have their social security and their medical insurance stripped.  If they really did that successfully, the poor voting their own safety net away, he would lose 80% of his business and wipe out.  The poor don't get paid to go to the doctor.  Doctors get paid.  I think he misses that, actually.

Personally I find him rather fascinating and it would have been nice to have met him socially instead of through the unequal power structure that Medicaid enhances and that already exists between doctors and patients.

I think he is a good man, trying to do good, but as noted by all, very difficult to get along with.

I find it hard to believe he would do anything illegal, but admittedly I haven't been seeing him long enough to know.  Instinctually, I believe he would never do anything he THINKS is immoral, but he does seem to feel he gets to dictate what is or is not moral.

I would rather have my doctors competent than friendly so I don't really have a problem with him, but I will say his receptionist who seems to be suffering from panic/anxiety and probably PTSD does a sorry job, blames her foibles on the patients she messes up on getting in or doing paperwork for, and she then gives erroneous information to him that he believes that the problem is you.  At that point, he can become very accusing which is uncomfortable.  I doubt I will outlast his FtW receptionist's intense rage at me for getting caught bypassing me for appts and so forth and from what I read here, he will probably cover that for her by dismissing me as a patient.  It's a shame because I do respect his work and he has been very helpful and even compassionate often with me.

If that receptionist is reading, the thing to do when you make a mistake toward a patient that is so egregious everyone else notices it is NOT to then consistently attack that same patient you wronged.  Just apologize and move on.  The grudge-holding, yelling, and bypassing over and over only serves to make YOU look bad in front of the other patients, not the patient you are wronging.

I also suggest, having viewed you in a full fledged panic attack caused by your own incopetence that you seek therapy regarding anxiety, boundary issues, and accepting personal responsibiity, all of which would enhance your life overall for the better

At first I thought he's just rough. But now that he has sent me crying several times from his office, I agree. I wanted you to know that Dr Theesfeld has asked me to give him a rating. However I'm going to tell the truth. He hates his patients so much that all he cares about is his money. He had sent me crying from his office numerous times. He gave me my medications and told me that my homelessness and personal issues were something that he didn't care about. He made biased statements about middle easterners. Even said all he cared about was money. He told me to give him good ratings so he can keep his license. I got to say. I do know that someone does want him dead. I only want his license taken. Bedside manner should be needed to get a medical license anywhere.

Reply to this Rambling and unfounded Indictment and insult to Dr. Theesfeld - I have been a patient of Dr. Theesfeld for approx. 8 years - He is a caring and concerned Physician. I agree that he is very strict in his assessment and ongoing treatment of me. But, I can promise you, that the powerful and addictive pain meds that are required, all too often become self fulfilling. i.e.; Tail Wagging the Dog. It is his job to assess and manage our circumstances, regarding Pain and Addiction. Dear Readers, Please do not let the insulting remarks of the previous person, who by the way didn't identify himself. (I assume it is a he), discourage you from seeking Pain Relief and Quality of Life care from Dr. Theesfeld. My Military Experience taught me something valuable - don't let someone else's bad experience mislead you into thinking you will have the same experience. I have always found Dr. Theesfeld to be a Professional, Determined Physician. If you want to be Babied and comforted and made to feel like you are a victim, and want someone to comiserate with, then don't seek Dr. Theesfeld. If you are Mature and aren't looking for a poor me compatriot, but rather a Doctor who will help you manage the pitfalls of drug addiction and Pain Intervention - then by all means - Get To Dr. Theesfeld. My Personal observation is that Dr. Theesfeld is a Christian. God Bless You and Yours Dr. Daniel R. Theesfeld. Carry On Sir! D. Edwards

Ive been a patient of Dr.Theesfeld's for nearly 10 yrs & he has been respectful & kind to me. He is the 1 pain dr in East Tx that really knows what he is doing. I had no quality of life until he performed his unique procedures on me. I was referred to Dr. Theesfeld by my neurologist who said he was 1 of few pain drs in the US who could do these procedures. He does have 2 offices because he is trying to help many people. I am a Medicare patient & my insurance has never been an issue of how I was treated. Most drs wont prescribe pain medications anymore because so many people abuse them & they make it very hard for drs & honest patients to get the care that they need. Thats why he has strict office policies. If more people cared about the health & well being of others, as much as Dr. Theesfeld does, this world would be a much better place. All pain drs have to be strict because so many patients today abuse drs in his position. If you want Real Pain Relief, see Dr. Theesfeld. He is a remarkable dr.

I had Dr. Theesfeld as my Doctor in Nacogdoches Texas. He treated both my wife and me. He was always most fair with me and I feel he always had my best interest at heart. Drug addicts are the most cunning and best liars in the world and if you were tasked trying to figure out who really had pain verses those that are running a scam, I would imagine you would sometime be ill tempered and hard to deal with. Thanks Doc. for what you do, your a Prince in my book.
