Hi! I dont know where to begin... Since I was in middle school I have always had to go poop after every meal. If I was eating out I would need to go soon after I finished my plate, that also goes for meals at home. Lately though I have been seeing change when I go poop. Just the other night I was eating a dinner around 6, I was half way through my food and I could feel my stomach churning, like it always does before I need to go poop... and I run to the bathroom, what I discovered in the toilet was the dinner I had just ate. Its like the food went straight through my body. This is what scares me if how fast food goes through my system, and then I can go eat more food and still be hungry. I looked up having a fast metabolism but I dont have any other problems listed. I amd confused, so please help! :-D

Do you drink a lot of soda?
I find that when I drink large quantities of coke products, I run to the restroom quickly.

I think that your'e on the right track here, but it's not just soda. I think that caffeine in general encourages your colon to move quicker so you do have to be more conscientious of that sort of thing. Do you have any fiber suggestions?
