i have recently undergone an endmetrial ablation procedure. i was told by my ob/gyn that i was not to have sex for ten days. i was wondering if this meant actual penetration or does simply being aroused count also? the physical act of intercourse i can abstain from, but i can not help it if there are things around me that get me a little excited. please help me by shedding some light on this situation.
