Being having my periods many times during the month, all over the place

Im 29, Im usually very regular,but as I said before for the last 2 month being having my period more than two times in a month, not too heavy, last  one finish a week ago and yesterday start spotting brown discharge again and Im feeling like Im getting it again, bloated , Ive benn constipate for almost a week is so weird. thanks
