I managed to pull of buying KY lube by buying with some other stuff like gum, or something idk. I just pretended to call someone when I got up to the counter and asked about the lube. Personally I have lotion and Vasoline lying around. If you mix the two together it creates a good smoothing lube. Maybe a drop of water as we'll. Certain lotion is okay for anal BUT!! Becareful some lotions have a certain perfume base that can damage the inside of the anal cavity. But a organic non-perfume based lotion with Vasoline and a drop of water will do the trick.
If someone has not already told you this try to up the fiber in your diet and drink lots of water with it. Fiber softens your stool you could also buy fiber pills with a laxative and drink lots of water and eat yogurt. I had a similar problem and went the doctor
