I am about to turn 50, and although I still feel like I am young at heart, I do know that my body is changing and so are my needs. I put my dog on a "senior diet" - perhaps I need to be looking into the same thing for myself as well! What do you think about this? What is the best diet for over 50?
I don't think that one size fits all as they say, in this case especially. One 50 year old isn't the other. It all depends on whether you are fit and healthy, have any health conditions, suffer from obesity, and many other factors... If you feel that you need to alter your diet, perhaps it is time to talk to a nutrition expert?
