Good evening to you all! What are doing on this beautiful winter night? I feel great, just came back from a 40 min run outside in the cold, and I am exhausted and full of newly found energy, all at the same time! This running thing is addictive, I am telling you! Now, I'd like to know more about making my running time even more effective. What is the best diet for runners? I am even thinking of signing up for a marathon, so your information will be put to good use!
