Beyond frustrated :/

Im 21 yrs old, ive been having a menstral cycke for 10 yrs now and ive never missed a month. Back in August of 2012 i missed my period, i had been through a lot that month so didnt really think twice about it. September nothing, so i took a hpt came back a faint positive, called up my dr and had an appointment in october and an ultrasoun through the abdomen confirmed pregnancy, a few days later the office called me saying my bloodwork was negative. Still hadnt had any bleeding. A couple weeks later i went to a diagnostic center for an ultrasound and the tech couldnt see much of anything. Later that day i started bleeding which continues for 42 days it was heavy and uncontrolable so i called a new dr. A month and a half ago after this new dr my bleeding stopped. Then on the 21st of dec i had another ultrasound which showed 12 cysts on one ovary and 8 on the other and so he diagnosed me with pcos. However it was all blurry on the screen from the popped cysts but i swear when i turned a certain way i saw a babys face. Christmas eve i had some light bleeding which ended after 30 mins. Then 2 weeks ago i went back to work and once again started bleeding and i have been ever since and its just not fun to be bleeding so much for this amount of time especially if i am in fact pregnant. So this past fri i went back to the dr to explain my concerns and he simply said "well yeah you might be pregnant. Your lining was pretty thick" but if was bleeding for 42 days previous how could it be thick? My family seems to think i am pregnant which if i am id be around 20 weeks. I have been sick, i now have a pronounced line from my stomach to my pubic bone, tender breats, leg cramps, swelling of my ankles, movement in my abdomen. I just want answers... So this thursday i have yet another appointment with yet another dr, i just dont know anymore
