They can very likely be forcyde bumps. It is very common to get them. I had them as well. They eventually go away if you clean your genital area.

I too have what appears to be blackheads on the shaft of my penis.I shower daily,i also masterbate 6-10 times a week and use saliva.That one Guest info on masterbating using your own saliva kind of makes sense,since i shower and clean that area daily.I also have poor poor diet.

Hi, I think I have the same one's... When I squeeze them out, there is like a worm looking thing that comes out, not a seed but like when you have them in your ear... something like that. One of mine got infected and swelled up but it popped during the night and went back down. I went to get them tested but the said I didn't qualify cause I never had sex. I only kissed my girlfriend. I also googled the image son what they look like and what i have isn't on the pictures that showed up

Thank god I thought I was on my own! Just the other night i was picking the black head looking part off it and once I squeezed, out came this disgusting pimple/blackhead stem! Grossest thing I've seen in my life. :O I'm so glad its gone now though.

Ear Cleaner, Apple Cider Vinegar. Have a hot shower then rub the ear cleaner tip with Apple Cider Vinegar over them. Removes the black head nicely.

you must wash with "Simple soap"..you can get it from your drugstore. It has no oily nor cosmetic ingredients so nothing to fill your pores. When you wash use hot water and scrub the area to stop new zits forming. If you are a teenager youll gets spots whatever you do, but you can try to remedy them.

The bacteria thing is correct, but the wanking thing is utter and complete nonsense.

That is a load of rubbish!

I am 46 and about a week ago noticed my first, blackhead/black splinter/ingrown hair/whatever it is on my penis shaft. I read somewhere else online that someone used baking soda and water to create a paste and put it on his penis overnight to remove the blackhead/splinter/ingrown hair/whatever it is. Appearantly baking soda draws out impurities and bacteria from skin well.So I tried this method of removal, but went a little over board by taking a sandwich bag, poking my glans through it so I could still pee...the filled the bag surrounding my penis with the baking soda & water paste, tying it off on both ends and leaving it on overnight.

It seemed to work, because the next day there was a hard black bit about 1 mm in diameter in the bag with a tiny hair attached to it and a small divet on the skin where it came out. The thing is... now another two black things showed up on my shaft near the same spot. I am assuming the baking soda drew more blackhead things in that area.

I thought it would be a good idea to put something on the area to help fight infection. Problem is that I am very allergic to neosporin & polysporin on my genitals. So I thought I would try bacitracin because I was told it is good for people allergic to the other brands of antibacterial cream. Oh man that a mistake! The area of my penis I put it on became a leathery, itchy, red and inflammed patch of skin. I took some benadryl and coated the area with calamine lotion and that helped with the itching and inflammation.

The next morning i went to clean the area with a washcloth and soap, and as I was wiping it down, the other two blackhead/etc... things came out (wiped off) and left the small divots on my shaft, just like the first one. So for the next 5 days, I have been taking a benadryl every 8 hours to keep the inflammation down and coating my shaft with calamine lotion to stop the itching and keep the area protected from moisture & infection.

I did do something else that was pretty stupid. In the shower I thought I saw another blackthing on my shaft, but after wiping it off with a wet washcloth, it turned out to be the scab forming over one of the divots. It was not black but much lighter & kind of red. I am sure it was a scab and a little skin came off with it.

Next time I will just put a dab of the bakingsoda paste on the blackhead thing and calamine lotion on the divot after it comes out.

 

 

 

Let's not assume he is unhygienic. These blackheads occur mostly due to naturally having larger pores. In turn they appear like a blackhead that would have something to squeeze out.
