I have black moles many on testicals, when I dry sometime they bleed and it looks like a hole in my testical then when it stopes its ok no pain
Irritation can often cause bleeding.
Ideally, you should see a dermatologist. They can often be removed so you won't have to deal with this.
If this is something new with the moles, then an examination is in order to determine if they are cancerous.
Either way, get it checked.
