I am experiencing the same problems. And like you, my mother passes away young at 54, (from ovarian cancer) I am 50. They are telling me it is my ovaries. I have a cyst on one of them (binine) and that is causing the bleeding. They put me on Cipro to make sure not to get infections. she notice on exam that my scar is bleeding and put me on cream to strengthen that area. I am also confused and concerned. Just wanted to share with you and hope we are both well and nothing to worry about.

I know your post was a while back but I was wondering if you ever found out the problem. I also have just started spotting bright red blood and have had terrible lower back pain. I am going to call the Dr. today but I was wondering what your diagnosis was.
I had uterus and cervix and one ovary removed ,1 year after I started pouring blood during sex, walls were very thin by then and ripped , so use a lot of lube ladies, ever since I tried many kinds and jo h20 is best. But now ten yrs later I'm spotting but will call my doc Monday, I'm sure it's just from sex lol. If u have no cervix ur bleeding is coming from ur walls for some reason, don't stress it just get a pap, always use a lot of lube for any type of play it helps prevent this more than u know.
Dr caroline bohme she is amazing, she is in Cincinnati Ohio. I went to 11 doctors before I found her and it took 1 visit and she knew instantly what was wrong and took care of me so I been with her 11 yrs now
Time to seek legal advice. Why can't they find the gortex?. Scar tissue covering it, sonogram can't find it?
I had a total hysterectomy including ovaries in 1995 and today I have just started bleeding which is bright red. Quite worried
I was having issues with bleeding the doctors found I had cervical cancer so if you have a family history of any kind of cancer have your ob/gyn test for this just to be on the safe side

Freaked out! I had a full hysterectomy about 7 years ago. I began to bleed..spot a little. And gushes of liquid comes out without me realizing i looked like i peed my pants. Now im wearing pads bc panti liners werent holding it. I also get pains on my lower left side. Feels like somerhing is in there.

Hello did you ever find out why you bled after years of your hysterectomy?
Not sure you will see this... but what did you find out? I have been bleeding and gross 'goop' for 3 months with low back pain, I am on my 4th antibiotic and the Gyno wants me to start Estrogen but I have a history of blood clots and my GP suggests it is NOT a good idea. I have shooting pain at the time where the 2mm cyst on my left ovary is at. I am at a loss and think the Gyno is too she just isn't admitting it
