I am 22 years old. I eat the same everyday and have a full time job.
I always feel tired, sometimes bloated and have in the last few months have put on 5kg. For someone who is just under 160cm that is a lot of weight. Even though I still fall between the healthy BMI, I certainly don't feel it. If anything I eat less diary and carbs and more protein and vegies than anything. Does anyone have a clue as to what is wrong and why I am suddenly putting on so much weight?
Have you recently gone onto the birth control pill by any chance?
That can make you gain weight, tire you out and do funny things to your body.

Stress and aniexty can do things to your metabolism too - are you stressed out, or generally pretty chilled?

Other than that I'm not all that sure.
