Hello I had a abortion two weeks ago the blood got heavier today and was soaking through two pads and when I went to clinic she did a baginal ultrasound and said I had a big blood clot in there that needed to pass or have procedure redone to get it took out.A couple hours later I came home and passed a very large blood clot and now the bleeding is light spotting so does that mean the big blood clot has passed or do I still need to go to my appointment I made too make sure it's gone.

Hello I did a. Abortion 3 weeks ago and I still bleed but it's on and off and is dark clot and I have tested and the results are still positive.. So should i be worried?
