okay this makes sense. tiny blood filled spots. I say blood filled from the color but I haven't popped any; they're right on the capillary lines, though. painless. result of various fungal growths? I can remedy that; best news is it's harmless. also, it's apparently not age related, so it isn't further evidence of deterioration, it's just ball location environmental conditions, and I can control that. Thank you guys for sharing

I have the same problem. I use haemorrhoid cream (preparation H). This contains phenylethrin which shrinks piles, because of this it also shrinks or diminishes these blood spots. Just apply once a day for a while and they will go. Make sure when you get the cream or ointment that it is the one that contains Phenylethrin.

I have this problem but my balls pain when i sit down or touch them also my problem came as a result of me sleeping in a tight tracksuit that was too close to my balls. My balls have about 8 blood filled spots on them too anyone know a way to help or does it go by itself?

I have them on my right teste,and i did pop one to start with,because i thought I had a tick and it bled heaps,and I realised that I had more on the main vain still on the right teste.now ten years later they have sort of joined up and there is more on I think two veine and there is about 6 and some are bigger than others.i am not sure what is happening,because they seem two be more of them when I check,but they seem too be joining up?

These blood spots can be cured by using hemorrhoid cream/gel that contains phenylephrine. This will shrink back the tiny blood vessels.

I had them too and I went to the dermatologist to get them remove with laser.. Dont hurt at all and the doctor told me is normal to get that and people just remove them because of a better appearance.. So nothing to worry about!! And if you try to do it by yourself it will bleed a lot also if you have them you have to be very carefull while you use the towel because you can make them explode and you will bleed a lot.. If that happend take a tissue and lay down (relax) until it stop and then dont touch them again or it will start the bleeding
