i had my blood taken like a lot of blood can this cause me not to have my period?

because i had sex with my boyfriend a week ago and he didn't let any in me so can i be prgant if he didn't?

i have not had my period for 5 dats and that is not normal for me and i am not having any thing pointing to me being pregant what should i do?
