My husband has a boil like , or big zit. He had me poke it with a pin and liquid grey green oozed out a little. He then had me try to pop it and instead of it coming out I felt the liquid pus stuff shoot back inside further. On a scale of 1-10. He is at an 11. Should I take him in as I'm afraid that the pus infection could be very harmful

It's on his scrotum, not the testicle.
Yes it can get infected. If he's in as much pain as you indicate take him to his doctor.
