I saw that noone replied yet. I don't have the answer either, but hear you are nervous and get it. I would ask your folks to see a doctor. I know that feels awkward. The cool thing is you can tell them the truth without them freaking out that you are having unprotected sex and all. Your normal doctor can help and see it in person.

Go to a doctor before it gets worse..I is probably a minor problem that can be cleared up right away. Doctors see far worse than a pimple on a vagina in a day...That's what they are paid to do...Go..before it gets really bad and you have to go anyway.

I totally agree and I think that doctors should at least weigh in with their professional opinion as well. Have you been in this position before? I have had an unknown spot on my skin before for sure.

I have a boil on the outer lip of my vagina. it is red and hurts upon touching. I just saw if this morning while in the shower and i added a hot compress to it. WHAt do you think i should do to get rid of it and what is the cause. Please help. I am SCARED.

I have 2 spots/boils on my left vagina lip and they arent big at all yet. I noticed them last night, and I am worried. I have had MRSA before so I am wondering if maybe the spots are coming bacK? I havent had a spot for a year though? When i used to get spots I only had them on my underarms, I have never goten them anywhere else, un til now? I have never had sex so i dont know how it could be an STD. And i dont shave so its not from shaving? I just finished my period but how does that affect it? Every time i had a spot before I would take antibiotics and it went away for a week or 2 but i always got another one within less than a month. I dont know what I should do. I am going to apply a hot compress and some ointment, but i also have had a headache, sore throat and neck aches for about a week...could this go along with it?

please go to your doctor i had the same problem with what i thought was boils on my vagina and it turns out i had mrsa its a simple urine test that will tell you left untreated mrsa can be very bad

i would stop having sex if u are already having sex it may not be std yes they do go along with this situation that u are having i have the same thing as u too try to not applyc hot compress i did that and it made it hurt even more and it also made it even worse than ever so dont do that it can also make your vagina burn like hell try to sleep without pants and underwear as long as you can for the night every night but just try sleeping in a shirt

i got a bunch of pimples there myself as long as there was no sexual contact it will go away it just from a hair growwing or your just growing my mom told me that and shes a certified doctor so don't worrie about it :-D . but if there was sexual contact you should tell your parents or please go to the doctor with a friend cause you could have a horrible disease. XP so please get it checked out

Thank you so much for sharing ladies... i thought I was the only one going thru this.... i did go to the Dr and got anitbiotics but once finished they came back again... so i am off to the Dr again to see if we can sort out this folliculitis stuff

It sounds like Herpes my dear. I could be wrong but typically the symptoms you're describing go hand in hand with it. I would suggest going to see your Dr and stop putting all those products on because that is probably only a temporary relief and coud in fact be making your situation worse. I hope it's not Herpes but I would definitely seek medical treatment. Good luck.

:$ I get boils around my vagina area.this has been going on for a yr now i have went to the doctors & he checked me fo diabets.i have not had sex since this has happend.its driving me crazy..i have looked up everything i guess its time to see a dermantologist.i am over weight and keep blaming it on that but its weird how it just started.i do like taking baths but i always shower b4 i gt out.is it the soaking that can cause it?i make sure its bleached well & clean b4 i get in.im not sure what else to do plz comment..

im no doctor nor have i any experience other than my own but if it was full of blood and it had two dots then i would say its not a boil...but something bit you....hopefully it doesnt get infected but a prescription would be what i advise.

Hi i got a pimple in my internal area of the vagina I dont know how it happened. It just started paining and itching I t is hard for me to sit stand sleep and even walk I shaved the are so that there is no bacteria. i applied ointment on it but still it doesnt go help me please .

People... Don't pop them at all.. Keep the area clean.... Don't wear any powder, or deoderant.  Don't use soaps or lotions that have fragrance. Use only unsented panty liners and femine products.  If you pop a boil, cyst or pimple, it will cause it to spread.. most of the oils when you squeeze on them are not coming out, they are being displaced under the skin causing more skin problems and infections. 

I myself get a clogged hair folicle down in my vaginal area and know they can be quite painful.. I just use a hot wash cloth to help bring the oils to the surface and cold wash cloth to help with the pain.  Boils, cysts and pimples are just things that you will encounter every now and again if you are a shaver or waxer. Learn the best way to deal with them.  It is a temporary discomfort but they do go away shortly if you don't squeeze on them and make them sore and infected.

And by the way... Putting Vicks Vapor Rub anywhere around your vagina is totally insane.. And powder is a big no, no... There are things in powder that can cause yeast infections and other irritations.
