I'm not a medical person,so just take it as a opinion,or suggestion. As far as joints and bones you could have Arthritis. Fibromyalgia, will affect wrist shoulders knees. When you apply pressure to those pressure points it relieves them. I know i do that myself. I have had Fibromyalgia for eight years. It's pretty bad. If you do have it,you would be in the early stages.Go to a doctor who believes in Fibromyalgia, and also get a bone density test have him/her check for arthritis. There are medicines you can take. I opt out for natural remedies, that are just as good.Just don't mix natural herbs with medicines if you don't know what your doing. I've been into natural herbs for forty-five years, I know what is safe, and what isn't. You, can really mess yourself up.If you want to know all about Fibromyalgia, type in something like this: What is Fibromyalgia, After that type in, What are the symtoms. Do the same way for Arthritis.I hope i have been some help.
