i posted on another forum about this and i see many people on here with symptoms similar to mine, but not quite on the head of the nail.

About 9 months ago, I had pizza for dinner. I woke up the following morning thinking i was gonna die. I started vomitting profusely, had cold sweats, spacieness, severe back muscle cramping, hyperventilating, and severe lower abdominal pain. My wife drove me to the ER and they said i probably had gastroenteritis and sent me home with zofran for the nausea. It left for a day or two then came back full force for like 6 months. For the last month or so, i have had tests run UGI, blood and Nothing conclusive. i was prescribed dexital for Gerd and that seemed to help. Plus ive cut out 85-90% of the fat from my diet. no more nausea or hyperventilatin, but still wake up with an enormous urge to poop. Multiple times. And its always loose. Im also taking digestive enzymes. I have a reevaluation on Christmas eve. Wish me luck.

One thing that helped throughout this ordeal was piping hot showers. It seemed to unlock my back muscles which always seemed to contribute to the hyperventilating and nausea.

wow!!.. It sounds like your body is pissed off about what you're putting inside it.  It's legit saying, "f you" and handing it back to you.  Goodness..

You have to make changes, it's the only solution.  By cutting the fat from your diet, you are seeing an improvement.  You have to keep on doing that with other foods because your body still isn't feeling it's best.  You will figure it out through trial and error, but a few things that are key that everyone will have to address at some point, is eliminating ALL GMO's.  Start there.  All GMO'd food needs to be stopped, it's doing serious harm to your body, but we have an amazing ability to heal and can reverse the damage if it's not too far gone.  Continual exposure to these unnatural foods, will eventually destroy our ability to fight against them.  Every person consumming this stuff, will eventaully be affected by it at some point.   It will take longer at the grocery store because we need to read the labels now and scour the packages.  That's what is necessary.  (look for the 'Non-GMO Project' logo on whatever you're buying or a lot of the products will say in the ingredients (non-gmo expeller, non-gmo soy - examples).

I am not familiar with the labels of processed boxed and canned foods.  I also choose to do all organic, so the labeling reads differently than Ragu.  Here's a tip that is true that will save you some time - if you can't find anything about GMO's on the label, then they probably have used genetically enginerred ingredients.  If you can't pronounce the ingredients and if there's more than 8 or 9 ingredients, put it back.. It is not what your body needs.

Other things I would work on - eliminating cow dairy or all dairy.  It's very hard to digest and a lot of cattle are loaded with diseases that can be passed to us from consumption of dairy products (even after pasturization.. yes).  There's delicious and healthy alternatives. and eliminate gluten .

Do it slowly and gradual if you have to. Your body will thank you.

Try taking a daily probiotic.  I like Garden of Life proucts.  I use the one that w/ 100billion in the orange box.  I would stay away from non refridgerated probiotics.  They needto be alive.. keep that in mind.
