I am 24 y/o and well its more my nipples that hurt soo much that if something just grazes them its torture .. for about 5 months prior I hadnt had a period then I had a period for a month after that ... and now my nipples are killing me .. I only had partial vaginal sex once last week (means thats not where it finished) and also this began before that but has worsened so therefore I can not be pregnant ... please help ... any other info you need please ask and I will provide
i have this problem and your right, it is very painful! do you drink alot of caffine? because if you do, than that could very well be your problem! caffine causes cysts on your breasts! i drink lots of soda and coffee so thats my problem, my gyno has told me! the best way to tell would be to lay flat on your back..take your right arm and rest it over your head..using your LEFT hand, feel around your right breast in circular motions for lumps or tender spots and see if you can feel any cysts-like lumps! if so then cutting back on caffine really helps alot! repeat the same with your other breast, with that arm above your head and use the opposite hand!
I rarely ever drink caffeine ... usually water .. altho for a week now Ive been drinking nothing but energy drinks (costco deal lol) but it did start before that ..
I've always have had tender breasts a week before my period is due. But this time I'm having sensitive and painful breasts even after I finished my period. What's up?
