For about a year I've had this brown patch on my penis that isn't elevated or expanding. If you look really closely u can see little tiny bumps on/by it, not noticible unless really close. I got it after I guess getting a cut on my penis and it's been there since. Any way to get it gone or anyone know what it is? Thanks
