on my day 25th of my period i got brownish discharge with lower abdomenal pain and backache along with that i also had nausea and dizziness,next day i got cramps in my abdomen and brown discharge on tissue after urination.while my husband and i were trying to concieve for last two years,i also have irregular period cycle .plz help me what is this.
