I have a semi large bump right above my penis on my pubic region. It resembles a whitehead but its very large, stiff, and painful. I have had it for 2 days now. At first puss came out of it. But now puss and blood come out in a mixture. Its so painful its hard for me to sleep because of pain.
It's most-likely an infected hair follicle. It's common if you have/had an ingrown hair.

Sounds right to me. Have a hot bath or shower to soften the surrounding skin and with clean fingers gently pop the white head that's formed. Inside it somewhere will be a hair curled into itself which has become infected. Using clean tweezers pull the hair outside of the spot so it can grow normally and use an antiseptic cream on the area a couple of times a day for 3-5 days to ensure it doesn't get reinfected.
