bump/cyst on panty line.

I have this big cyst I think it is in my panty line, it blew up like swell up a small part of the area where my pubic hair is then on the other side where my thigh is blew that side up too, it was severally painful and just had green stuff coming out idk if I should go see a doctor or the emergency room because the swelling is still there anyone been through this before?
