I'm 20 years old and I've never had sex. Ever since I can remember (back in early teen years) I've had these little white/flesh-colored bumps (pearly would be a good way to describe them) all over my testicles and the shaft of my penis. They are all pretty small (vary between the tip of a pen size to the tip of a pin). I never really thought anything of it, I figured they were just natural. A lot of them have a hair coming out of them, so I thought they could be hair follicles or something. There's hundreds of them, so it's not like it's contained. Anyways, I've been worrying about them lately because it kind of hit me that they might not be normal. They don't hurt or itch, I just want to know what they are. If anyone has a similar problem/knows what they are I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.
Im 20 yrs old too and I have the same thing on my testicles..Some of them are bigger than others and can be really annoying and hurt when touched..I dont know what causes them to pop up and why they dont go away for a long time.
steadyhealth123 i too have the same "problem" you do, and i've had it since forever. I went to a dermatologist and she told me it's nothing to worry about, it's usually genetically inherited so it's normal for people to have those. So don't worry :-)
socalboy i don't think what you have is the same as ours, since this doesn't at all hurt.

i have these embarrassing spots there too my last girlfriend was fine with it i recently started to see another girl after we split up but once this other girl and i were about to have sex she refused when she seen it! this has really shattered my confidence and i would like to get rid of them before i start dating again does acne cream really work over time or just lessen it slightly?? pls help
The bumps are called Fordyce spots, and most guys have them to some degree. They are nothing more than overactive sebaceous glands - the glands that produce the oil that keeps the skin lubricated. The excess oil can cause the tiny bumps, and they can occur in small numbers or spread over a large area. There is no effective way to remove them, and squeezing them is a really bad idea - it can actually make them appear more prominent. Most partners won't even notice them, but you can reduce their appearance by keeping the skin healthy and well moisturized. A penis health creme can help with this aspect. NEver use acne creams on the penile skin!
There is actually a benefit to having these because the small bumps create extra pleasure for the person that you are having sex with so there is nothing to worry about.

I’m 14 and I have the same problem. I talked to someone and I think they are called fordyce spots and they aren’t contagious. I’m not worried that anyone else will get what I have I’m just worried that they wont want to be with me. I understand that this I very late and you guys talked about this over a year ago, I’m just in a bad place and I don’t know how my future girlfriend will react to them. I’m extremely embarrassed and I feel like I’ll always be a virgin...
Hi, you have nothing to worry about as 99% of all teen boys have them, read the link from this site I have added below as explains all about them.

Don't worry im just one year older then you and the girls i have been with have no problem with it. But it can be a bit scary when they find out but most dont care when you tell then what they are.
This is for real what is happening to me they dont hurt or anything
