Hello!

I've had these small bumps around my mouth. Not really visible unless you look carefully or stretch the skin out. It's irritating and I wonder if this is herpes? They're not red or anything... but there does happen to be a lot of them. I was wondering what it could be...?
If they are what I think they are, then they are known as comedos, which are basically the start of pimples. The best way to get rid of them is to do a treatment of gentle cleanser plus a treatment of benzoyl peroxide on the skin. Having suffered from this myself, I can tell you that it works pretty well. Let me know how it works for you.

The only way to be certain what they are is to have a culture ran. If it comes back viral it could be herpes. If it comes back bacterial it's acne.
