I have to add this too. I dont wear high heals all the time, maybe 5- 6 times a year that's all !
Hi there. I hope you have healed well and are extremely satisfied with the results. I am struggling with choosing between my orthopedist or a podiatrist in NYC. My orthopedist did not tell me the specific name of the surgery but the podiatrist does not use any screws and it is a minimally invasive procedure. Any further advice? Thank you so much!

HI Sammuda, i realize this old post but i just found this Dr. gitlin, he did great job. I had arthitis in my ankle he did fuzion surgery. went great and i felt very comfortable with time he spent with me and how he explained every step of the way.
