I have been having problems and the doctors are running so many tests and just can not find out whats wrong this has been going on for like 8 years and its only getting worse. I get burning in my chest down my arms pressure in my head and i feel like i could faint i just really want to know what to do to find out whats wrong i go for another test tomorrow they are putting me on a turn table. if anyone knows please help me.

I get my burning in the a.m. hours and it wakes me up like I am having a heart attack. My arms are also affected and I get real sweaty.
They have ruled out heart and lungs by having echo stress tests done and exrays.

I'v been having similar problems the only difference is that i have it in my legs too and my back, not sure what it is but if you find out please tell.
