I have had a burning severe pain that started about 3 wks. ago about every evening. I burn in my right check bone or gland . IT runs down that spot to the shoulder area in my right arm pit to elbow and covers the chest are and back shoulder or breast area. It hurts so bad, I have used my nitro spray. THAT helps it stop, but has come back in an hr. or during the night and I have to use the nitro spray again. I have a regular appt. with my heart dr. in 2 wks., but it hurts so bad at times, I wander if I should wait. ANY IDEAS????? Thanks , RYANJAICE
Go see your doctor NOW. As you're on nitro you have a cardiac history. While the traditional symptoms of a heart attack are based on the left side of the body, it is not uncommon to have jaw pain radiating down the arm and into the chest. Not everyone reacts as you've seen on TV.
