any of you guys tried anti-fungal meds? and did it work?
i am in the same situation. everything comes back negative for those std tests. so could it be trich? candida? resistant strand of mycoplasma? auto immune?
what are your current situations?
I don't know what the antibiotics I've taken are for what, anti-fungal etc but I've taken so many antibiotics and nothing has worked.. I've had this problem for 14 months now.. What about u?

Possibly blockage and something called a hydrocele, I'm experiencing Lot of this only been tested for gonarea and Clamidea of course negative... They sent me to get ultrasound on my and that's what they came up with.. I plain to be tested for the rest.

I cant believe you guys are that clueless, that u are all having a herpes breakout. Even runnerboy a year ago. Ive delt with this problem off and on for 10 yrs, and the doc told me I was herpetic, I obviously did the wrong girl...lol....Dr told me (urologist)sometimes instead of a man having a breakout on the outside, it happens inside as well....first stress makes herpes worse, you also weaken your immune system, so you can have flu like symptoms as well. Take lysiein or an anti viral from your doc, and last, Deal with it like men....SAVAGE
Every time I get tested for that, the results are always negative so how would I have that
you do a blood test, not a swab, but even if that comes back nego, that still doesn't mean your a carrier. Im telling you its not irritated, its tiny sores, and the urologist didn't test me, he knew by looking at it, He said you contracted herpies, about a month or so later' I had this rolling mouth sore that hurt like mother' when the blood test came back it said I had simplex 1 and 2..ive just have to live with it, and drink a ton of cranberry juice.....lol.....savage707
I've done the blood test and always negative.. All 10+ urologists that looked at me said I look normal and told me I had nothing, I also never had any sores in my mouth and been tested for herpes several times always being negative..
I have the same problems spend $3000 going to doctors urologists specialist and everything blood work urine analysis culture swab,even had the scope that went up my uretha everything came back negative urologist says I'm finE even went to my family doctor he said everything looks normal but it sure doesn't feel normal if you figured out what it is please let me know I've been having this problem for about 5 months I love have blood work and everything done everything come back negative please let me know thank you

I think its herpes guys. Ot sure why it doesnt sow up, but i have exact same symptoms. Unrpotected sex with a w**** (yes i'm an id**t) and all of the symptoms you describe. I went about a week after the unprotected sex to Planned Parenthood, got a single dose of Azithromycin based on my telling doc i had a persistent burning sensation in my penis tip. That didn't clear anything up. Does not hurt when i urinate but hurts at all other times. Now one of my gonads hurts with a dull pain (2 weeks after sex) and there is a small lesion that has formed on that ball. Looks like herpes, getting tested monday and we shall see.
Ok guys Ive had this 4years now and the pain in my testis stopped . We are all in the same category, docs cant tell us what it is so I think if we put our heads together (no pun intended) and see what we all did/have in common we can make a breakthrough! Heres a list of things i think it MAY be:
