Those symptoms indicate a bladder or urinary tract infection. You will probably need an antibiotic. In the mean time, you can get a medicine called Azo Standard for the pain and burning. It will make your urine reddish in color, so don't be alarmed. Please make a Doctor appointment. Take care of yourself. :)
