Well, my boyfriend and I decided to try and have sex but my hymen didn't rip and he was wearing a condom but he didn't come or anything but I heard that pre-cum can get a girl pregnant so... well you know girls anyways right.. A bit sceptical we are.

It's not likely that you'd get pregnant a week before your period. It all depends on when you ovulate.
Usually you'd ovulate between days 11-16 of your cycle. The egg can live for 48 hours, so that's day 18. If you had sex on day 21, the egg is not viable, able to be fertilized.
Besides, no ejaculation means that any precum likely didn't have sperm.
I don't think you're pregnant.
