I'm only 11 turning 12 and i weigh 67kg and i went on diet and gained 5kg  and im sick and tired of being teased in class and being laughed at so i will try anything PLEASE HELP ME:'(

Eat less and exercise more. Instead of watching an episode of TV, grab a skipping rope and start jumping, and be sure to take breaks. Or you could try other easy exercises, like jogging or running. They may tire you but it's good for you! And also remember to drink LOTS of water, it helps you to lose weight.:-|good luck

I'm 12 and 1/2 years old and I weigh around 128... I uses to weigh about 135 a month ago but I lost some weight (read on)... I wouldnt say I'm fat but I feel it around my friends (they r sticks)... Anyway a month ago I started this app on my iPod called myfitnesspal and it is amazing ;) I have lost 7 pounds! I'm really happy, I believe if u r young and want to lose weight in a HEALTHY way then go right ahead ;)

Hi, I'm 12 years old and I weigh 112. I'm 5'2 1/2. I have always thought off me as skinny, but I haven't been thinking that in the last months or so...

Am I over weight?

I want to have a flat stomach for summer. What can I do? Something easy; food I can find in my house.. :)

Actually, for your age, it might be a bit heavy so no diets, but eat healthy foods and drink more water. If your urine is a light colour, you did a good job for the day. If it's really dark, you need much more water. Also keep in mind that just because your sisters are skinny doesn't mean you have to be. You're special in a way like that.

Well, one thing I learned is that diets are horrible. They make you loose nutrition while gaining pounds. If you want to LOSE pounds, eat healthier foods, no junk food and also, drink mroe water. Urine colour will tell if you need to drink more water. How tall are you? This also depends on how tall you are. As for trying anything, eat slower. It actually works because a flaw in your body is that it takes the stomach 20 minutes to tell your brain it's full. If you eat slower you'll feel full even if you ate less. :) Hope this helps!

Dude, you are definitely OK. Don't think about flat stomachs, it's just what commercials do to you. Of course you are not overweight. If you get a flat stomach, you might be underweight. Besides, we're all young so don't think too much about your weight. You are skinny, and that's the best, but I suggest no need for a flat stomach (Unless you really want one). If you really want to, use a bmi calculator. :)

diet plan 1.first day just drink drink water to fulfill your hunger.
2. second day divide skim milk into four parts.
3.third day just water.
4.fourth day milk divided into four parts.
5.fiffth day just boiled vegitables.
6.sixth day just water.
7.seventh day just boiled vegetable and skim milk one time after lunchtime.
during this period you may have head ache ,

i am your height and weight!! We are so much alike, i know how you feel.. I'm just going to sport camps and basketball trampoline and all that but i'm trying to find good things to help me.. have you lost weight since last year lol

YES i am twelve to and i way 158 pounds :( but my mom lost 50 POUNDS I JUST THREE MONTHS so if you think you can do GO FOR IT i bet you you can!!!

Just be good with who you are. I'm 12 and I used to weigh (I'm giving a number that is around my old weight, and new weight because I still want privacy) 130 pounds. Now I weigh about 115 because I excersied and moved around and didn't use computers and stuff. Just be fine with yourself, and shine :-)
