Hey,
I was reading some comments about every other day diet and now I get the bigger picture about this diet program. I wanted to follow it, but I didn’t do that for two simple reasons. First one is – I didn’t know exactly what to do and respect while I am on this diet program, or what to eat. Second – they told me that this diet is not for me, because I am really overweight.
Can you answer me can every other day diet affect your overall health? Is that true or this is just one fake story of my friends?
I am really confused.

No it can’t. It would be absurd :) Remember, any low – carb diet program is an amazing thing for everyone. At first place, it is really healthy and if you follow any single aspect of it, you will lose your pounds. You just don’t have to be so stressed about it.
I believe that stress has a big influence on your body weight, you should relax a little bit. Trust me, it can work :)
For a years, my mom was struggling with stress and I think that she was fatter every single day. Her first choice was Every other day diet, and she lost some pounds, not that much. So, you can accomplish this as well. You just need to give your best.

I totally agree with you. Stress is one of the main factors why we are fat and why is such big problem for us to lose or weight.
StashaB, I think that you have a big problem with self - confidence. You should work on that. Second thing, as far as I know, you have really big problem to stick to one diet program as well. I believe that you go with one, thank you quit that and start other one – that is not solution and you will never lose any pound if you keep up like this. Do you want to try Every other day diet? Then try it! But, stick to it. It won’t affect your overall health. It only can help you to be healthy and lose your pounds.
Be persist in something and you will see that it works!
