Can get foreskin behind head but it curls up behind it

Hi im 15 and uncurcumsised,

i can retract my foreskin all the way when flacid but when hard i can only get it behind the head and when i do it curls backwards. I cant pull it any further.

Plz someone i need to put my eorries to rest.
