I'm 16 and i know i have a few years till i have to see one but i want to know if gynocologist can tell if you masterbate? If they can should i stop like a month before hand to make it less obvious??
Nope, nobody can tell if you masturbate by just looking at your genitals. But if you're a girl , and they see your hymen is not there or is partially there, they can tell that something has entered your vagina, so they may think that you lost your virginity by having sex. They won't care if you masturbate though. Everybody does it, they probably have done it. If they do ask why your hymen is ripped, you can say you were experimenting with tampons, etc.

The OB probably will not comment on the condition of your hymen, unless there appears to be a problem. If it's not a problem for you, then they are not likely to deal with it.
Many women have lost their hymen through sports, through horsemanship, bikes, etc.

You seem to be experienced. I've been trying to find answers everywhere. I'm a guy and I masturbate everyday and ejaculate. Is that over masturbating? If so, can you tell me how many times I should masturbate in a week? Such as Tuesday then Thursday. I really want to masturbate so much but without harming my health.
It's not a matter of prescribing how much is enough. (I asked this same question when I was in junior high some 40 years ago...)
It's become too much if:
-you feel run down.
-you lack energy or interest in OTHER activities
-you plan your day around when and where to masturbate
-you shun making new friends
-you only talk about masturbating to your current friends
-you spend all your time alone.
You SHOULD be getting out of the house and meeting others, learning how to get along with them, how to make friends, how to strike up a conversation, how to relate to BOTH sexes in social settings. You SHOULD be part of groups, clubs, sports, and school interests.
It is TOO much if you can't or no longer want to do these things.
If you masturbate once a week or once every other week, you're certainly normal.
If you are setting in your room, watching porn and masturbating multiple times a day, you're too obsessed with it.
You'll find if you DON'T Masturbate or have any sexual release every two week, your body will take over, and you'll have a "wet dream", wehre in your sleep, you'll ejaculate. There's nothing wrong with this... it's just a chore to clean up... and change the sheets. You'll want to learn how to wash out your own shorts or do your own laundry. This is a skill all growing kids need to develope now.
You'll also find that you are more sexually aroused and interested in masturbating if you get a full night's sleep... typically on the weekend, when we can sleep in. But not all people have the same rhythms of life.
If you're still troubled by this, seek out a trusted adult counselor... a coach... a minister... or a medical clinic nurse to advise you.

There is quite a "diffrence between a tampon and a penis" Your hymen would probably allow a tampon as the perforation is probably the size of a finger. A penis is likely to be bigger, particularly as it hurt when entering. But 5 times? different days?
If your hymen is still intact, then there may not be any indication of penis penetration. Have you looked. Often doctors have a confidentiality responsibility, but you don't say where you live.

You need to be really honest with your doctor and it may be uncomfortable. They are going to ask you how may sexual partners you've had and you should be one hundred percent honest because they aren't going to judge you, they are just there to make sure you're health.
