No you cant unless he shoved the sperm way up inside of you. Sperm has to go through ALOT of obsticals to get to an egg and if even it gets that far it might not take. And if he had sperm on his hands it most likely died before he touched you. Sperm cells die instantly when in contact with the air. So I dont think you will become pregnant!!!!! :-D
