Can I be pregnant if he sperms in his pants and 2 or 3 minutes after he wipes his penis with alcohol and puts a condom on? Am I pregnant?

It must have been uncomfortable for him.
Sperm on the outside of his penis would likely have been killed but sperm inside his penis, in the urethra wouldn't. So, he could still have gotten some outside of the condom.
I think it pretty unlikely though.
