Im 13 years old, I started my period in 4th grade and it's still unregulated. My boyfriend fingered me about 3 weeks ago on the last day of my period. I'm not for sure if he had cum on his fingers when he did or not but could I get pregnant from that. My boobs are sore and I'm peeing a lot, I haven't started my period yet but it's not my time yet. I am really worried, please give me all the information I need to know.

I think it is unlikely that in this case you would get pregnant, but anytime sperm is introduced to your vagina there is the risk or pregnancy following. As it is 3 weeks since that incident, then a home test could be taken if you want that assurance.
You say your periods are 'unregulated', but what do you mean by that exactly? what is the usual range of your cycles? How long do your periods last? If your periods last 5 days, and your cycles are never less than 21 days, you will probably be ok. The symptoms suggest to me that your period might not be far away.

Well my periods last either 6 days or less ( like 5 ). Could I get pregnant whatsoever? What are my chances? Should I consult with my mother or and adult?
I think it is extremely unlikely you would get pregnant, but there is a slight possibility if it happened on day 6 and you ovulated day 11 or earlier (indicating a 24-day cycle or shorter), and any sperm survived your 'flow'. If you can talk to your mother about it, that would be a good idea.
