I have also had two ectopic pregancies. I have lost both of my tubes. I am signed up for IVF in May. I am several weeks out from my expected period but I am experiencing pregnancy symptoms which have left me confused. This site has given me hope, even if it is false hope, that I too may become pregnant despite the medical odds.

Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know that I also had an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in the removal of both of my tubes, but my doctor told me that there were four cases of women who had their whole uterus removed and still got pregnant! So, yes, it's probably not very common, but I would say it is possible to get pregnant naturally without tubes....i think it just depends on your fertility. I hope this helps and good luck to everyone :-)

Reading all of the posts on here has given me a sense of hope :) I had my tubes cut and burned in 2002. I had to have my tubes completely removed in 2006 due to complications and discomfort. I divorced my ex whom I have 3 sons with and I am remarried now to the most wonderful man. I really want to experience pregnancy with such a wonderful mate. I have been heart broken ever since he and I started dating because I knew that I coudn't get pregnant without IVF. I am so happy to read that it is possible!

Thanks for all the info ladies :)

To the lady who moved out of state and got another gyn. Yes your new doctor is absolutley correct!! God is the creator and if its his will for you to have another baby no matter the circumstances it will definitely happen. The story in the bible about Hannah was a woman who could not bear children and she prayed and prayed and God blessed her with a son. I am however in the same boat of having had two ectopic pregnancies and both tubes damamge. But I know my God is able and if its his will, he will definitely have his way. All Glory goes to God.

To the women who have no fallopian tubes and think they are pregnant or are pregnant: What has happened? Were they viable pregnancies in your uterus? Please let me know since I have no fallopian tubes and am hoping to become pregnant naturally.

HI i am 32 yrs old. I have been wanting to have a baby for a very long time and the only way that it is possible for me to do so is In vetro Fertilization, so i was told. When i was 16 i had to have my fallopian tubes removed as well as one ovary, due to the fact my appendix busted causing damage to my tubes and ovary. I am scared that eventually i won't be able to have children as my age will be a factor in these circumstances. I live in Missouri and my insurance won't cover these procedures and the cost for this is ridiculously high just for one attempt and i can't afford this.

HI,

I am now 25, in 2007 I found out both of my tubes were blocked as well. I found the same place you are talking about, I did crazy whacky things to try and open them up. I found a site about herbal tampons and tried those which I still have some left over. I tried those for about two months with the massages I found on youtube. Well I went to a infertility specialist here in town and begged him for another HSG just for closure and some type of peace of mind. He didnt want to do it but he gave in. My right tube opened up! All this happened two weeks ago miracles do happen!

Hello ladies, I am 30 years old and have a seven month old after trying to get pregnant for ten years. I lost a baby in 2008 and then got pregnant with my daughter in 2009 and 8 weeks later was pregnant again in my right fallopian tube which was the only one I had left. Now both of my tubes are gone and my period is pretty regular and I am five days late. Any thoughts?
