Kateee, Sweetie? Think about your question, seriously. OK, pregnant without sperm? Not a possibility AT ALL. PMS symptoms before or during your period is normal, PMS symptoms exactly mimic pregnancy symptoms. BUT without sperm and ejaculation there is no possible way you are pregnant.

VERY low chances of that occurring. There is not much sperm at all in pre-cum and because he didn't ejaculate into you or even penetrate you, there is positively no way you are pregnant.
